[Discussion] The perfect mentor

If you think about it, Zecora is the perfect mentor for Twilight because she's somewhat the polar opposite of Twilight.

• Twilight is always stressing out with the most simple tasks and panics to the point of going crazy when she's not sure if she will succeed in doing something that's in the future.

• Zecora is always calm, never gets angry (even when her entire house gets robs clean), and isn't worried about events in the future, more living in the now.

When Twilight is focused, calm, and sets her mind to the task at hand rather then to come, she is at her strongest.

Learning this will be her biggest achievement,

sure, Luna can learn her all the amazing powers, but what good does that do when Twilight would still be stressing out.

Origionally Lauren Faust wanted to have Zecora be the next mentor of Twilight, but that idea got altered to what we have today.
