Help with laptop.

 Hello, I would like some help in how to fix this problem. About 10 hours ago I spilled something on my laptop, then quickly dried it off. The drink (dot recall what it was, but it could be kinda sticky) only got on the keyboard and speakers. It also got underneath the laptop, but I don't think it reached the hard drive or battery.

   P.S. The battery doesn't really work so it's always plugged into a charger. Also, it will only turn on for a second before turning itself off.
