Just got my Das Keyboard, and I've got a few questions...

First of all, I need to say that I'm loving this keyboard so far. My coworkers are probably going to go nuts, but I'll deal with that later. First, I've got a few questions.

1. Some of the keys feel a bit ... stiff, for lack of a better word, especially the spacebar. I know it's a larger key, but it's quite jarring. Will this get better with time? Also, I've got the "silent" one; will this issue be better if I got the clicky one? I'm thinking I might prefer that anyway.

2. Do you guys use a wrist rest with the keyboard? Know any good ones?
