r/Dota2: I have lots of experience with positions 2-5, but almost never play a carry (and when I do, I'm bad). Can you help?

Title pretty much says it all. I have about 300 games under my belt, a hugely positive ratio with a few heroes (my Rubic is 70% win for about 100 games) but my skills are narrow. Links to any very general guides would be perfect.
