Sublet $500 a month, first month free across from UCF

Preferably female. The rent is 500 a month including electric, cable, Internet, water, etc. It's a 4/2 at Northgate Lakes. Currently there is only one roommate still living there who is really nice and down to earth. I just can no longer afford to live there. You can move in as soon as possible December is paid for. I can also throw in a couple of my electronics such as tv & ethernet cord if necessary! Let me know if you have any questions!
