[Monk] Dying to reflect damage/ exploding guys (Alkaizer)

I've been farming the alkaizer route on my monk for a while and have been starting to speed things up pretty well. I was wondering how you guys survive vs reflect damage mobs and the occasional exploding guy in keeps 2. I'm thinking of getting a skorn with lifesteal but its expensive so id like to know if that would fix all my problems before i invest.

Other gear tips are welcome and appreciated too!

My gear hasnt updated in a while on bnet but i replaced nats ring with another one and increased my innas helm to 2.3 spirit regen so i can perma TR with the speed passive.
