Macbook not prompting for wifi password?

I'm trying to connect to my wifi but I'm not being prompted for the password.

I've restarted my macbook, removed the wifi network from my known networks, I've deleted the keychain, and I've turned the airport on/off.

I'm still getting assigned an ip address..

Any suggestions? How can I enter the wifi password without being prompted by the airport?
