[Troubleshooting] Another problem... system summary says my GPU is the Intel integrated graphics, not my actual video card

Hey, everyone...

This is my third troubleshooting post since I finished my build, but I guess that's what you're here for, right?

I downloaded HwiNFO64, which was recommended in one of the guides linked on the sidebar, but on the system summary screen, it's saying that my GPU is Intel integrated graphics. Here's a link. Is this a common problem and are there any known fixes?
