Anyone know where to get Sims 3 Expansions/Stuff packs for cheap?

I currently live in Canada and go to EB Games or Walmart to buy the Sims 3 expansions. The Stuff packs average around $19.99 and I was wondering if there is anywhere else I could get them for cheaper. Even if someone knows a place that sells them $5 cheaper that would be great.
