Casual gamer needing some help on improving Monk.

Hello all, Reddit helped me improve my monk before, I am hoping a can get a little more guidance once again as I only have about 10 million gold to spend and cannot find anyway to significantly improve on my monk for anywhere near that amount.

I realize at the moment I am not using OwE, that is due to me having quite a bit of reist all at the moment and I can survive fairly well, mostly I am wondering how I can improve my damage. If you think you know of an improvement that could help but costs more than 10 million please feel free to share it as I can grind out till I get the needed amount.
