Something up with waypoint? Also, loadouts getting wiped.

I changed my helmet from Strider to Scout, but it doesn't reflect on waypoint. I have had problems with my loadouts getting wiped, and I don't want that happening to my armour. It's quite annoying. On a side note, is there any way to stop my loadouts getting wiped? It's a small inconvenience, yes, but an inconvenience nevertheless.
