Night 5: I don't even...
So I turned my brightness up to 3, hoping that it would make a difference, or wake me up so I could try DEILD. Nope. My dream recall was okay last night but I didn't bother to write anything down right away so I lost a fair bit already. I should bring my laptop to bed with me so I can write down my dreams as soon as I wake up.
Remee is doing her job fine. I think. It almost feels like no lights are even going off but I'm sure that's just because I sleep through them. Once again, I think the most important thing of all in my situation is dream recall. Until I know exactly how Remee is influencing my dreams, I can't comment on how useful it is.
I might try a little experiment tonight. I'm thinking of doing WBTB at around 3 hours in, then setting an alarm every hour or so. I'll wake up, grab my laptop and write down my dreams, then go back to sleep, then back to the laptop, then back to sleep, etc. All the while, I could use Remee in nap mode. to see what happens. Perhaps I could adjust the settings to cut back on time between signals as well.
