Thinking about switching stuff around in the SS program. Stupid idea? Thoughts?

Hey guys,

I'm 22, currently 149 lbs (from 130 lbs), 5''8, and have been doing SS for 2 months now. I'm eating more than 3000 cals a day, and about 140g of proteins.

I feel like it's working well to gain strength, even though I'm still fairly weak (my current lifting numbers are what most skinny people usually start with), but I feel like some things could be changed to get a better overall workout.

I'm using this specific workout: A: Squat / Bench Press / Deadlift, B: Squat / OH Press / Power Clean, alternating A B A B A B...

First of all, my legs are getting huge compared to the rest of the body. I've made some researches and found out many people got this issue as well with SS. I'm thinking about removing the Squats during the Deadlift workout, and adding an upper body workout, especially aiming at the chest and deltoids (pullup or chinup, not sure which one is the best).

Second, after 2 months I have made nearly 0 progress into Power Clean. I'm almost sure my form is correct, but I get painful cramps right under my left buttock every time I perform the PC. I have used the tennis ball trick to get rid of it but it doesn't solve the issue, so when I get back to it, the cramps gets back instantly. Would it be a good idea to remove the Power Clean and replace it for something that targets the same muscles?

If that can help, here are my numbers so far (all in lbs):

Squats: 40 > 120

Bench Press: 40 > 95

Deadlift: 70 > 130

OH Press: 30 > 70

Power Clean: 50 > 60

What are you thoughts? Is it a good idea to make these changes?

Thanks!

TL;DR: SS of 2 months, Legs are huge. thinking about switching Squats for Pullup or Chinup in Workout A, Power Clean gives me cramps, thinking about switching it for something that targets the same muscles.
