After a lot of reading I think I'm prepared to start Keto, however I have one important question.

Hi r/keto,

i've been reading a lot into the Keta-fu, however there is one problem I've ran into. My current job and evening school gives me a very limited time to eat or prepare food, the reason why I'm doing this is because every night my food consists of some kind out quick meal I bought in the supermarket. I.E. lasanga, raviolo; stuff with loads of carbs/sugar. The problem is that I only really have time to spend some time on cooking during the weekend. After checking out the subreddits for recipies my conclusion was that you always need to spend some time putting stuff together.

My question therefor what are some things I could possibly buy straight from the supermarket and without spending much time on (i got around 20 mins between work and evening school).

Thanks anyway, I hope the Keto-principle is possible with my current lifestyle
