I want to make a nude calendar of myself for my girlfriend for Christmas. Where can I go to get this done?

I live near Lansing, MI. I want to make a 2013 calendar for my girlfriend of me nude every month. Are there places I can go that will do this? Quick googling resulted in nothing. Was wondering if anyone has done this before.

(before anyone asks: yes, my girlfriend WILL absolutely laugh her brains out when receiving this gift)
