can you ID this parka design?

more specifically, i am wondering about this parka's collar/hood style. i like how it buttons up (sort of like a "snorkel" parka but not as extreme). is there a name for this style?

i already know that this particular parka is from the japanese brand Journal Standard (JS Homestead). so, i don't need a brand ID...just the style.

i wish there was a website that compared all the military parka designs from around the world. that might help.
