[Q] Why do price suggestions from backpack.tf get accepted even with a negative score?

Mainly in regards to keys as I was just browsing the price suggestions now. But I mean, I saw this: http://i.imgur.com/osO8r.png

Why does this even make sense to have a price accepted that wasn't accepted by the community?
