Clomid and Endo?

So, the last start of my cycle was so painful, I went to an md - I got so many tests: blood, urine, pelvic exam, ultrasound. Nothing - other than a few small vitamin deficiencies that can be easily remedied with prenatals. The md, and the second opinion, told me that they are 99% sure it's endo, due to my extensive family history of it.

My mother had a full hysterectomy at 32 because it became life threatening. They worry that I will follow the same path. I have an appt for a laparoscopy in late January, if I'm not pregnant? I have two (maybe 3) dr appointments before that. It's scary - I've never seen a dr so much in my life. I've always been reasonably healthy. Until this.

I'm on day 4 of clomid, and I've searched other threads briefly in this sub, but couldn't find the side effects that I'm experiencing (I definitely could have just missed it) - dizziness, headaches, fever at night, and a cough. Of course, I could have also suddenly gotten sick at just the right time?

Does anyone know of success stories of clomid with endo?

(Also, sorry for posting so much - I feel like I post every week. You guys are just so supportive and amazing. I can't imagine going through this without someone who understands)
