I want to buy a fake degree. Are there trustworthy options?

I have a year left of my studies but have moved abroad and am in a position where I can't finish them. I need the degree to get a job visa, so it needs to pass official scrutiny. Is this a possibility, are online places any good? I would rather not have to deal with Silk Road, but if I have to, are they reliable for this sort of thing? Thanks.
