To those of you with an 8GB model, is it enough?

I know there's about 5GB available when you get it. My question is, assuming you use Google music and stream your videos, is there enough space for everyday usage including a decent amount of photos (so that I don't have to clear them out every week to save space), apps, and even a game or two?
