Euro-license plate installation on '08 GTI

Hey r/Volkswagen!! I've been wanting to put an EU license plate on the front of my GTI, how do I go about doing such? I've read that it may require me to drill holes in the front bumper, is there any way to not have to do that and still be able to put the plate on? Thanks !!!
