Your work/life balance. What is it?

I work in a call centre. I work 35hrs a week. I haven't done, needed or wanted overtime since March 15th 1997. So, I think my work/life balance is pretty damn fine.

What is your work/life balance and what do you do to earn a crust? Do you feel it is time to change your career to achieve a better balance, or is that just impossible for you at the moment? (and if so, do you envision a time when you can balance it better?)
