Sudden realization I had:

If marijuana is fully legal, for those who use it for legitimate medical uses, will there be insurance for it? If anyone could say walk into a smoke shop and buy some pot, then the medicality of it would be over, as that would be essentially for recreational use. However, those who use it for cancer or glacoma or whatever would have to buy it full price, rather than getting it free or cheaper from insurance. So would the be medical depots AND smoke shops, or one or the other?
