No Squad models just Shadows?

Last night when I booted this game up I could play fine. I was seeing all my troops and bridges and whatnot. I saved the game and went to bed. Now when I went to play it today I no longer can see any models and get just their shadows. I tried messing with the settings to no avail. And yes my graphics card is a POS.
