What's your earliest childhood memory? Here's mine.
Most people say that we can remember back to around the age of 3-4. Mine goes all the way back to the age of 2. Probably because this particular one was a little traumatic for my 2 year old self.
I remember when I was 2 my mom was cooking in the kitchen. I had pushed a step stool over to watch her cook, I remember it being some kind of soup. My mom kept telling me to stay away from it because it was hot. Now 2 year old me obviously didn't listen. Even after being told several times that the stove was hot, I had no clue what hot meant. I decided I wanted to touch that red metal thing on the stove under the pot. I wound up burning my finger so bad I still have a scare and messed up finger prints on that finger. I remember crying for hours from my finger hurting so bad.
What is the earliest you can remember?
