[Build Help]Is this the best gaming pc I can build for a €1000~ budget?

This is the first computer I'm going to build and I'm really excited. My initial budget was €1000 but I decided to increase it a little so I didn't have to cheap out on the mobo, hdd and power supply. I'm kinda skeptical about the water cooler, I know there's no warranty on water damage and I'm not sure if it could leak.

I'm still a little iffy about not picking an intel CPU but I figured I had to for my budget. Honestly, I just want to be able to play games like Aion and Guild Wars 2 on high quality with decent FPS. Any advice/help is appreciated!
