I Relapsed at 3 weeks...

Just reset my badge this morning. I made it to three weeks though, which was longer than I had in a long time. During that time though, I was feeling much more confident in talking to women. I felt much less intimidated by them. However, I noticed how even a casual image of a woman would get my heart racing. It was ridiculous, I was just way too horny. I was supposed to have a girl over ast night, but she bailed. I felt sad and I think that led to my relapse. I felt pretty ashamed afterwards, but I now I can make it even further this time around. I recognized the benefits, if only it came down to having control of myself.
