What is the best older model smartphone with a proven Jelly Bean ROM available for it.

I have been waiting for a stable Jelly Bean ROM for my Atrix 4G but that may not happen. My backup plan is to buy a used smartphone for cheap and burn a stable Jelly Bean ROM on that.
