[US]I wanna build a DH for 50mil. Just not sure where to start. See inside!

So I've decided to switch back to my DH. Just got 50mil. Last time I built my DH, I had like 30mil and build a set up to 150k DPS w/o SS. I hope to do it again, but last time I was kinda...dumb. I know now I need max disc on gear and such like that. I'd appreciate if someone could help me out with the building of it. Make that 52mil since my gems sold. Last time I had 3 piece nats, 2 piece Inna's. Should I go for that again? Of course I'll go with max disc this time but yeah. How much should I try to spend per piece as well?
