Laptop Doesn't boot from USB/DVD DRive

I'm trying to install windows 7 on my lenovo Z580 however it wont boot into either DVD or USB. I've changed the boot order on bios settings however it still wont do it.

Edit: I've tried to boot on another PC and it works fine.
