I'm hoping you guys can help me with my 4WD problem.

I have recently acquired a 1997 Ford F250 Super Duty from my father. Mechanically it runs fine, however the 4WD shifter is stuck. Apparently the track that it runs on is rusty and frozen. Does anyone know of a resource available that will walk me through fixing this issue?

I would really like to make this truck into a combination everyday driver/Off roader so any help will be greatly appreciated.
