Help with Arena Gear

This is the first season that I'm seriously PvPing with my guild. I'm in full, socketed honor gear with a few conquest pieces. Whenever we try to do 2s and 3s our opponents are much better geared than we are. Does anyone have tips on how to gear up for arenas?
