Reconnecting with my religion

Hi guys, I'm new to this subreddit and I've found it really interesting... As a community of muslims I'm sure you guys could help me out with my problem.... I've been a horrible muslim that past couple years, rarely praying, getting high, having sex, gambling and having the occasional drink... I've fallen into these habits because I havent been making the right choices, but I want to change this I want to become a better role model for my younger brothers... Can you guys please provide tips as how I can change my ways inorder to become a more faithful muslim. I know I'm going to have to change my friend group but how do I go about doing that without becoming a loner... Although I already feel isolated because I am the only mulsim in the group... As you can see I'm in a bit of a struggle and I feel like this subbreddit would be extremely helpful.. Thanks :)
