[25/m]Focussing on an individual level, When is the point of time we need a serious relationship?

From which point, we spend a lot of time with our SO to feel good, have fun, and deal with relationship issues. Otherwise we would potentially use that time for ourself. In the best case, that might be learning new skills improving our personality and focussing on our career.
