[Suggestion] Auto-Stabilization Tank Gun Optics

I was rolling around in a Lightning with HEAT rounds and chasing a Sundy over some rough terrain, and I was thinking that an Auto-Stabilization optic would be useful in that kind of situation. No zoom, no IR/NV. Just keeps the vertical aim where you left it as long as it is within the limits of the turret and the sight rotates with the horizon like the artificial horizon ladders on aircraft.
