My applesauce turned a sort of peachy-orange color.

Canned in late October. It's one of the spiced batches (cinnamon and clove). Cans appear to be well-sealed. Other jars canned at the same time look fine, but then, they weren't spiced. I opened one and it all looked fine except for the odd color. Should I ditch this batch?
