Upgrading after 2 years from Galaxy S 1 (i9000). Need help choosing between HTC One X, Sony Xperia T, LG Optimus 4X and Nexus 4

Hi there, 2 years are gone and It's time to upgrade my phone. I sold my S1 and wanted to buy an Nexus 4. Because it's unavailable and the camera isn't so great I'm considering getting a different phone.

• Samsung Galaxy S i9000

Carrier:

• e-plus

Area:

• Germany

Phones I'm considering:

• Nexus 4 (unavailable)
• HTC One X (expensive)
• Sony Xperia T (best camera quality I read)
• LG Optmus 4X (good and cheap allrounder)

What I do with my phone:

• Using the web for E-Mail, Videos and Surfing
• Taking Pictures and Videos and share them (mostly via mail)
• Use the phone as my Organizer
• Streaming music via Bluetooth to Work-Station

Important for me:

• Crisp and clear Screen with good colors
• Good Camera/ Camera-Software
• Fast and fluent Speed
• Good looking and smooth to handle UI
• best possible Price/Quality ratio
• Should be able to survive a drop (the S3 cracks nearly immediately)

Unimportant:

• LTE Support
• Memory (need 16gb)
• Battery (should last a day and about 3-5 hours use)
