Boyfriend is a massive Star Wars fan. What can I get him that will blow his mind?

He isn't a Star Wars purist. He loves all the movies equally. Surprisingly, he actually doesn't even own any of the movies, so I figured I would buy him all of them. However... I was looking into it, and it gets confusing. The box set of the entire saga seems great but has some less than great reviews from hardcore fans. There are additional scenes added to the originals? Is that undesirable? I AM SO CONFUSED. Maybe I should get him each trilogy separately? Or is there a completely different gift I should get him? I mean, I looked into buying a stormtrooper suit, but I don't have a couple thousand dollars to spend.
