When did r/Imgoingtohellforthis turn into r/racistjokes?

I thought this subreddit was dedicated to dark humor, not just a catch all for racist jokes about black people.

I'm not 'outraged' or offended, I'm just curious if anyone else feels like this subreddit is supposed to be used for generally inappropriate or non PC humor, rather than just a place to dump racist jokes.

I'm not advocating the mods do anything, or we censor anything, just asking the community what they think.

Feel free to downvote me to hell if I'm way off base here.
