Need help finding a custom skin.

In spirit of a recent post, does anyone know if there's a stock spy knife reskin that turns it into the frying pan? The pictures provided were taken on a randomizer server, so I assume it's possible to use existing assets.

If anyone could lead me to an existing reskin, that would be great as I haven't been able to find one yet. If it turns out none have been made, anyone have a helpful tutorial? I'd like to try it myself if noone's done it yet.
