Quests in TVHM (please help!)

So I'm a level 37 commando and I am totally stuck. I'm having a really hard time deciding what quests to do now, and what quests to save until im level 50. i need good guns, but i also want to save really good guns for lvl 50. I have both dlc, and im also not sure when to start doing those. Anybody have any suggestions?
