Does anyone else think that backpack.tf is ruining the tf2 economy?

The layout of the website is great, easily navigable and gives up to date prices, but i think its kind of ridiculous how often something can be voted on to have its price changed. Couldn't that crash the market? I mean, whats to stop the community from killing the price of bud, I mean, look what has happened to the key in the last few weeks, 3 ref, that's crazy. The fast learners price has been cut in half in the last few months as well. Its not that i don't think the users should be making the prices, I just think that they are jumping around to rapidly.
