Need reliable dual USB car charger. Help please!

Going to Florida for vacation in a couple weeks and really need a reliable dual USB car charger for my N4 and my boyfriend's Verizon Galaxy Nexus (yes, we are an adorable Nexus couple). I know VERY little when it comes to volt/amp output. I noticed there a lot of chargers on Amazon with 3.1A with one port for 2A and the other 1A. I don't need a port for tablets though, just the 2 phones. Would I even be able to use that kind of charger or will it be damaging? Please, any help would be appreciated!

Note: I'm willing to spend up to $15 and I don't care if it comes with USB cable or not. We'll just use our stock cables.
