If somebody has been deaf since birth, in what language do they process thoughts?

This question has perplexed me for a long time. If somebody has truly never heard a sound, what kind of things go through their head, what is internal dialogue like, would they rather fight 100 duck sized horses..

But seriously, could someone enlighten me?
