I got this outfit at Forever 21! Any advice?

I got muted pink skinnies with a cream sheer top. I also snagged a light turquoise necklace to wear over top of it.
Here is the outfit. Don't mind the face.
And an adorable sweater!
What do you think of the outfit and individual pieces? How else could I wear them and what shoes should I wear?
