Idea: Spy Fibre wire

• +Can move backward and turn while strangling (slower)
• +Don't lose disguise upon successful hit
• +Silent killer
• +Can be used to incapacitate enemies (Inc. Ubers)
• +Enemy being strangled can be used to block damage
• +Bodies disappear after death
• +Razorback has no affect
• +25% damage resistance when strangling

• -Takes a few seconds to kill (Or a certain amount of damage per second)
• -Cannot melee attack
• -No random crits
• -25% damage resistance when not strangling
