I think I mis-spent 30 mil on my barb

I had about 70 mil saved up from my main (WD) character, and when I dinged 60 on my barb I excitedly went to the AH... and went crazy. The problem is, when I was all wrapped up I only had 80k dps, lower life than I'd want, 600/700 AR scores... generally not what I'd had in mind, because I didn't know the class too well.

What did I do wrong, and with the 22 mil I have left, how can I fix my wrongs?
