Need help pricing and picking out new gear.

Yesterday, I found my first good drop ever. Dex-crit Mempo. I want to try to sell this but dont want to under or over price it. After researching, the best price I could come up with was about 350m? I then was looking for some advice on upgrades. Armory Link I was thinking about weapons and gloves first. What do you guys think about a 900dps EF with crit and a socket for an OH? Can I dump LOH all together for more LS? Should I get loh or ls on a new MH then? My budget is pretty much coming form the Mempo.

Can you guys point out any current gearing follies I might have made? Thanks for the help!

Edit* Also, at this point, do I want to keep a mace/axe MH or switch to mighty weap?
