Can I unclog my radiator?

A few days back I laid down my f650 with minimal damage to myself and my bike. However it started overheating.

Skip forward a bit I found my thermostat was sticking so I removed and cleaned (though I ain't put it back in) and put the radiator back in the bike.

Then I damaged the radiator and put a hole in it when I was reinstalling it. So I decided to try a little radiator stop leak stuff. However, I used too much and fucked that up too. Now my radiator appears to be clogged up and as such isn't cooling the coolant like it should.

I'm considering pulling it of again, albeit more carefully this time and see if I can clean it out with some CLR and hope that clears the blockage, though I'm not entirely sure that'll work.

With that being said, I don't suppose any of you have any tips for me, do ya!
