Gift list program?

Okay, this is driving me nuts. I can't find a decent gift list program anywhere! They all lack some basic features, like "multiple gifts for one person," or "estimated cost" instead of "what I have spent so far." Does anyone have any suggestions for this? So far a cobbled together Excel sheet is the best I've come up with.
